Great. And then just quick follow-up on VRV. You mentioned in your release that there is an operating margin loss for the quarter as the low margin backlog projects work through. Maybe just kind of broadly speaking, how many more quarters do you think we have that’s kind of working due to that low margin backlog kind of get into the higher margin projects?

MAPUTO, Mozambique — Area 4 co-venture participants have secured liquefied natural gas (LNG) offtake commitments from affiliated buyer entities of the partners, a key milestone enabling the participants to rapidly move toward a final investment decision in 2019 on the first phase of the Rovuma LNG project. Area 4 participants are ExxonMobil, Eni, China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), Empresa Nacional de Hidrocarbonetos, Kogas and Galp.Those commitments are subject to the conclusion of fully-termed agreements, which will be finalized and initialed in the next weeks, and the approval of the government of Mozambique.“The Rovuma LNG marketing team has worked at an accelerated pace to reach this important milestone, a tremendous achievement made possible by the strength of the Area 4 co-venture parties and the support of the government of Mozambique,” said Peter Clarke, president of ExxonMobil Gas and Power Marketing Company.Massimo Mantovani, Eni chief gas and LNG marketing and power officer, said, “These commitments are an important step forward for the Rovuma LNG project and provide a solid foundation for securing project financing. The project will produce, liquefy and market natural gas from the Mamba fields located in the Area 4 block in the Rovuma Basin offshore Mozambique. ExxonMobil will lead construction and operation of natural gas liquefaction and related facilities on behalf of the Area 4 joint venture, and Eni will lead construction and operation of upstream facilities.The development plan for the first phase of the Rovuma LNG project specifies the proposed design and construction of two liquefied natural gas trains, which will each produce 7.6 Mt of LNG per year. Mozambique Rovuma Venture is currently holding productive discussions with the Mozambican government on development plan details.In addition to generating government revenues, the proposed Rovuma LNG project will support long-term economic growth in Mozambique by developing the local workforce, building the capabilities of and demand for local suppliers, and assisting with community development efforts.Mozambique Rovuma Venture S.p.A., an incorporated joint venture owned by ExxonMobil, Eni and CNPC, holds a 70% participation interest in the Area 4 exploration and production concession contract alongside Empresa Nacional de Hidrocarbonetos, Galp and Kogas, each of which hold a 10% interest.

Those companies are expected to join custom-crush operation Artifex Wine Company, the tenant that has occupied about 28,000 square feet of lower warehouse space for 111/2 years. Leases are still being finalized for approval for most of the prospective tenants.

India produced 30,057 million metric standard cubic meter (mmscm) of natural gas in the first eleven months (April-February) of the current financial year (2018-2019), the highest output recorded in the past three years in the same period, oil ministry data showed. The country produced 29,867 mmscm of natural gas in the corresponding period last fiscal. In February, gas production rose 3.29 percent to 2,565 mmscm from 2,484 mmscm in the corresponding month last fiscal. ONGC (Oil and Natural Gas Corp)’s natural gas production in February 2019 increased 8.54 percent to 1,954 mmscm mainly on the back of increased output from fields in Tripura, Eastern Offshore and Western Offshore. Cumulatively, the firm’s gas production in the April-February period of the current fiscal increased 5.25 percent to 22,540 mmscm. Natural gas production by Oil India Ltd (OIL) fell 2.69 percent to 204 mmscm in February. This was due to reduced output from fields in Assam and Arunachal Pradesh. Cumulatively, OIL’s gas production in the 11 months period dropped 6 percent to 2,487 mmscm. According to the oil ministry, the firm’s gas production witnessed a dip due to loss of production potential in Deohal area in Assam and also due to bandh and miscreant activities in operational areas. Natural gas production from fields operated by private players or joint ventures decreased 14 percent to 408 mmscm in February mainly due to drop in production from Rajasthan blocks, a coal-bed methane (CBM) block in West Bengal apart from Eastern Offshore and Western Offshore fields. Cumulatively, production by private and joint venture firms in the first 11 months period decreased 13.25 percent to 5,031 mmscm. According to the ministry, this is attributed to decreased production from RIL’s Sohagpur West CBM block due to increase in number of wells requiring work-over. Also, 36 development wells in the block are still under de-watering phase awaiting gas breakout. Another reason for reduced gas production was delay in upgrade of Cairn Oil and Gas’ Mangala Processing Terminal and delay in drilling, completion and hooking up online of 45 infill wells.
