Q1 was a high activity quarter for big LNG with first making positive forward moves and several announcements toward FID from the export terminal operators. Chart (ph) issued five statements and orders in the first quarter, including one approval order and three final environmental statements, and already issued two more final EIS’ in April. The last few quarters have seen the highest level of FERC EIS-related announcements since liquefaction projects started to be developed in the US nearly 10 years ago. I will walk through big LNG specifics as well as additional 2019 order opportunities on the next slide. But first, many other aspects of each segment had strength in the first quarter.

Tomato fruit ripening is controlled by temperatures, genetic makeup, and the presence of ethylene gas. The optimum temperature range for ripening mature green tomatoes is 68 to 77 degrees Fahrenheit. The red color typical of most tomato cultivars does not form when temperatures are above 86 degrees Fahrenheit, but yellow pigment continues to develop. Thus, tomatoes that ripen during extremely hot weather are often yellowish-orange.

For growers who are beginning to ship their mum crop, as space becomes available, improve air movement through the field by pulling the plants apart. Overhead sprinkler irrigation results in consistent foliage wetting and increased foliar disease risk. Here’s another reason to investigate a transition to drip or trickle irrigation.

I am well aware that in many countries in the developing world, property owners, developers, architects, engineers and contractors are not working with the same budgets of those in wealthier countries.  Furthermore, people who are looking to purchase houses, apartments or rent office space in the developing world are likelier to be working with limited budgets, and are therefore likelier to be willing to purchase or rent houses, apartments or offices which lack modern safety features.
