"They are doing these big integrated projects that are not that price sensitive," Lee said. "If they okay a project, it’s going to move like a big project, more than a small to mid-cap producer, which are drilling fewer wells and are more sensitive to price." He said smaller and mid-cap companies are also being impacted by capital discipline.

On the nat gas processing side, this has been going on — I think a year ago, I commented that I expected that to slow down a little bit in the second half of 2018 and that didn’t happen. Order activity has been healthy and continues to be and I did comment that we booked another nat gas processing plant equipment order. But I would say that I think — you have to be cautious about the nat gas side of the market for us. We have a very conservative growth number in our 2019 outlook, and tucking 1% to 2%. But I think that at some point here like a typical nat gas cycle, it will become over-built and slow down. We haven’t heard that yet from the customers, but I think everybody is sharing the sentiment with each other that, that could happen here and taper off a little bit as the year goes on. And that’s how we’ve designed our forecast in our guide.

Sir, my question is on the P&L side. One is looking at the 3 items. Given that rupee-dollar on a quarter-on-quarter basis has rupee strengthened, is there any ForEx gain that we have? And second is if you can comment a bit on the depreciation charges, which has slightly been on the higher side. I mean in terms of — because if I’m correct, we do not have specific plant that we have kind of commissioned in this quarter. And third is, sir, on the balance sheet side, if you can also talk a bit more on their inventory. Where has the inventory been on the higher side? Is it primarily on the finished goods? And what is the reason behind it to build this kind of inventory ahead of the season?

The Baltic Pipe project is recognised by the European Commission as a Project of Common Interest (PCI). This status is granted to infrastructure projects aimed at strengthening the European internal energy market, which pursue the objectives of EU’s energy policy that involve providing affordable, secure and renewable energy. The Baltic Pipe project is included in all existing PCI lists adopted in 2013, 2015 and 2017, respectively.
